• Deliver our regulatory intelligence newsletter

• Signup forms powered by Formspree for newsletter registration
• Magic link authentication when you sign in to the subscriber platform

Third-Party Processors

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the platform:

• Formspree — processes signup form submissions
• Resend — delivers transactional and newsletter emails
• Fly.io — hosts the subscriber application

These services process your email address solely to provide their stated function. We do not share your data with any other parties.

Cookies

We use one functional session cookie to keep you signed in to the subscriber platform. This cookie is strictly necessary for authentication and contains no tracking data.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking.

No Data Selling or Advertising

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not serve advertisements. Your email is used exclusively to operate the service described above.

Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data promptly.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@regulatorfb.com. We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
